Harmonic Projection exists to open that path. It is an immersive experience of self-discovery that leans neither on substances nor on screens, but on the meeting of two ancient, deeply human materials: sound and symbol. Held by a rigorous frame, we create a safe space for you to enter a living dialogue with those parts of yourself that are asking to be heard. La Proyección Armónica nace para abrir ese camino. Es una experiencia inmersiva de autodescubrimiento sostenida por la conjunción de dos materiales antiguos y muy humanos: el sonido y el símbolo. Dentro de un encuadre riguroso, creamos un espacio cuidado para que entables un diálogo vivo con aquellas partes de vos que están pidiendo ser escuchadas.

The sonic heart of the experience is the Harmonic Beacon, an acoustic instrument tuned to the natural harmonic series — the way sound actually sounds in the world, in a forest or by the sea — and not to the tempered grid on which we built Western music. When it sounds, it lets the whole series resonate at once, generating a dense, living field that never repeats itself and that holds the body throughout the experience. El corazón sonoro de la experiencia es el Harmonic Beacon, un instrumento acústico afinado a la serie armónica natural —la forma en que el sonido suena realmente en el mundo, en un bosque o junto al mar—, y no a la cuadrícula temperada con la que construimos la música occidental. Cuando suena, deja resonar toda la serie a la vez, generando un campo denso y vivo que nunca se repite igual a sí mismo y que sostiene al cuerpo durante la experiencia.

The symbolic side comes from the originating psychotherapeutic technique, with more than fifteen years of practice, created by Julián De La Reta. PMP weaves three traditions into a single practicable sequence: La parte simbólica viene de la técnica psicoterapéutica de origen, con más de quince años de práctica, creada por Julián De La Reta. PMP teje tres tradiciones en una sola secuencia practicable:

i From Jung’s analytical psychology, active imagination: entering into dialogue with the autonomous images that arise. De la psicología analítica de Jung, la imaginación activa: entrar en diálogo con las imágenes autónomas que surgen.
ii From J.L. Moreno’s psychodrama, the staging: giving place, action and voice to what appears, using tools such as role reversal to embody and understand the inner forces. Del psicodrama de J.L. Moreno, la puesta en escena: dar lugar, acción y voz a lo que aparece, utilizando herramientas como la inversión de roles para encarnar y comprender las fuerzas internas.

The Warm-up and the QuestionEl Caldeamiento y la Pregunta

Held from the very beginning by the Harmonic Beacon, we start by mobilising the body in the space to release the tensions and roles we carry in from the day. Then each person introduces themselves by shaping a “sculpture” with their own body that represents the tension they arrived with, and asks that sculpture a question out loud. This question becomes the compass for the journey.Sostenidos desde el inicio por el Harmonic Beacon, iniciamos movilizando el cuerpo en el espacio para soltar las tensiones y los roles que traemos del día. Luego, cada persona se presenta armando una “escultura” con su propio cuerpo que representa esa tensión con la que llegó, y le hace una pregunta en voz alta a esa misma escultura. Esta pregunta servirá de brújula para el viaje.

The Descent, the Exploration and the ReturnEl Descenso, la Exploración y el Retorno

We move through the opening symbolic moments of Campbell’s hero’s journey: we receive the call to adventure, cross the first threshold and make a descent toward the encounter with a “guardian” or inner figure. Held by the harmonic field, each participant goes into their own sensations and images. Some rest deeply, others meet a resistance where they find a learning, and others come back with a revealing insight. The journey ends with a brief, conscious guided return to the physical body — a vital step to assimilate and anchor in matter the energy gained during the immersion.Atravesamos los momentos simbólicos del comienzo del viaje del héroe de Campbell: recibimos la llamada a la aventura, cruzamos el primer umbral y realizamos un descenso hacia el encuentro con un “guardián” o figura interna. Sostenidos por el campo armónico, cada participante se interna en sus propias sensaciones e imágenes. Algunos descansan profundamente, otros se topan con una resistencia donde encuentran un aprendizaje, y otros vuelven con un insight revelador. El viaje concluye con un breve regreso guiado y consciente hacia el cuerpo físico, un paso vital para asimilar y anclar en la materia la energía conquistada durante la inmersión.

We come together again in a closing circle in the shared space. Those who wish to take the floor recount their visions, obstacles and discoveries to the group, weaving the lived experiences into a network.Volvemos a reunirnos en un círculo de cierre en el espacio compartido. Quienes lo desean, toman la palabra para relatar al grupo sus visiones, obstáculos y descubrimientos, tejiendo en red las experiencias vividas.

The Group Dramatisation (Psychodrama)La Dramatización Grupal (Psicodrama)

We choose one or more of the shared scenes and bring them into collective action, one at a time. In the dramatisation of the scene, the members of the group take on the roles of the figures, shadows or energies of that vision. This loosens the rigidity, plays with the emotional charge and fosters a catharsis of integration for the whole relational network. At the end, we have a second group sharing.Elegimos una o más de las escenas compartidas y las llevamos de a una a la acción colectiva. En la dramatización de la escena, los miembros del grupo asumen los roles de las figuras, sombras o energías de esa visión. Esto permite destrabar la rigidez, jugar con la carga emocional y propiciar una catarsis de integración para toda la red vincular. Al finalizar, tenemos un segundo compartir grupal.

Harmonic Projection and its technology were not born as a finished product, but as a process of continuous learning. We took this experience into very different settings to put it to the test: from Edge City 2025 (an experimental multicultural gathering), through work with people with disabilities at the Yin Peumayén day home, to wellbeing sessions with the nurses of Hospital CIMA. La Proyección Armónica y su tecnología no nacieron como un producto terminado, sino como un proceso de aprendizaje continuo. Llevamos esta experiencia a escenarios muy distintos para ponerla a prueba: desde Edge City 2025 (un encuentro multicultural experimental), pasando por el trabajo con personas con discapacidad en el hogar de día Yin Peumayén, hasta sesiones de bienestar con las enfermeras del Hospital CIMA.

At every one of those steps, attentive listening and the needs of the space forced us to evolve the Harmonic Beacon. The device kept transforming, from a fragile acoustic-laboratory instrument into a robust system, solving operational challenges and opening new questions with each iteration so the harmonic field could reach more people. En cada uno de esos pasos, la escucha atenta y las necesidades del espacio nos obligaron a evolucionar el Harmonic Beacon. El dispositivo fue transformándose desde un instrumento frágil de laboratorio acústico hasta un sistema robusto, resolviendo desafíos operativos y abriendo nuevas preguntas en cada iteración para poder llevar el campo armónico a más personas.

For all this technological evolution, the heart of our path remains our weekly gatherings. That is where the frame fulfils its true purpose: sustaining a living space so that people come back, week after week, to go deeper into their own inner journey. A pesar de toda esta evolución tecnológica, el corazón de nuestro recorrido sigue estando en nuestros encuentros semanales. Allí es donde el encuadre cumple su verdadero propósito: sostener un espacio vivo para que las personas vuelvan, semana a semana, a profundizar en su propio viaje interior.
